Neil Foster
Throughout an extensive 40 year career in Media and Entertainment, Neil has been responsible for developing several leading-edge technologies in broadcasting and concurrent media delivery - most notably at IMG/TWI, developing and delivering the world’s first tapeless interactive creative production software architecture in June 2000 - The Interactive Content Factory .
In the 1980’s Neil designed and managed 4 of the 8 experimental Pay-TV trials licensed by the British Government.
In the 1990’s he worked on early Digital S-VHS and YCC systems development in Japan and VHS VITC editing systems.
At Maxat he managed one of the first competitors to BT Broadcast Satellite Services. He has worked extensively in many countries and across all genres of the evolving broadcast delivery chain.
